Shipping policy

Shipping will usually happen in 3-5 business days (or less). Once an order is placed and payment is properly processed, we will ship promptly on a best-efforts basis. Longer delivery times for back ordered or customized items will be quoted based on the item, materials availability and back log. We cannot guarantee a delivery time but will make every effort to ship it quickly. We want you to be satisfied with your order and the service you receive from us.
